The third and final step after creating a GMail Account and creating a Blogger account is to Create a Blog.

Login at Blogger.com with your GMail account. The Blogger Dashboard opens :

You are not a member of any blogs. Create one now to start posting!

Click the Create your blog now button.

The first step is to Name your blog :
In Blog title field Enter a title for your blog.

In Blog address (URL) field type in an address and click the Check Availability link.

If the address is not available then it means :

1. There is an existing blog with that address.

2. A blog with that address was created and has been deleted. The address of a deleted blog can only be reclaimed THROUGH the account in which it was deleted. IT CANNOT BE CLAIMED BY ANOTHER ACCOUNT.

Blogger does not transfer inactive blog URLs. It can only be transferred by the owner. You can request the owner by posting a comment on the blog or emailing him/her if there is an email address in the profile.

Advanced Setup Want to host your blog somewhere else? Try Advanced Blog Setup. This will allow you to host your blog somewhere other than Blogspot.

Click Continue.

Choose Template and click Continue.

Your blog is created!

Click Start Posting button to create a test post immediately. Type in a post title and a post and click the Publish button.

This Publishes Post and then you can view Blog.
